What's covered under my Zefal warranty?

Your purchase includes the following warranty, which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. No registration is required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary by state.

Products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for 90 days.

Improper care may impact your warranty coverage.

Manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, ordinary wear & tear, anything you break accidentally or deliberately, paint damage, rust, or theft.

Every item purchased covers any defects or missing parts in the item materials. The warranty runs for up to 90 days from date of purchase. You will either receive missing part or new item. Contact Zéfal USA at support@todson.com or call +1-800-213-4561 ext.4

How do I get a warranty replacement?

We are committed to finding the best solution that gets you back on your bike. Our limited warranty provides you with protection against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

Where did you purchase your item?

Bike Shop:
Contact an authorized Zefal dealer. They will initiate a warranty claim on your behalf.

Big-box retailer, online or sporting goods store:
Email support@todson.com with a detailed description of the issue and include the following:

  • Model number and date purchased of your product – claims will not be accepted without a model number and date

  • Photos and/or video of your and item that clearly displays the issue, specifically:

    • One photo showing the product in its entirety

    • 2 close-up photos at different angles and/or a video showing the part(s) with the associated issue

  • A clear image of the sales receipt or order confirmation that indicates the item purchased, price (including any discounts), store name, and date of purchase

Please hold on to affected product as we may request that it be returned for evaluation.

What's next?

Once we receive all the requested information, we will carefully review your submission and notify you of our findings. If the issue is fixable, covered by warranty, and within the warranty term, we will ship replacement parts or product to you at no cost if available. We reserve the right to offer alternative resolutions, such as substitutions of equal or greater value at our sole discretion.

What isn’t covered under warranty?

Manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage resulting from neglect, abuse or misuse

  • Damage resulting from accidents or impact

  • Damage resulting from improper disassembly or repair

  • Damage caused by lack of care and maintenance

  • Ordinary wear and tear

  • Accidental breakage

  • Improper installation

  • Theft
